Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by actively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Master State Farm’s computer systems and tools to effectively manage leads and track sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and strategize on achieving agency sales goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other team members in the agency to create a seamless customer experience and support overall agency objectives.
